1994 - establishment and registering of "Alexander Logistics" Ltd. in compliance with the Bulgarian Trade Law.

1997 - purchasing of land with area of 24 000 square metres by the company in industrial zone "Kazichene" near Sofia ring road.

1997 - office of "Alexander Logistics" is opened at "Sofia Airport". Its cardinal advantage is the strategic location in the immediate proximity of Sofia Airport customs. There can be attended to everyone who wants to use our services, which include filling in of all types of customs papers, preparation of air waybills, the complex service - customs representation before "Sofia Airport" customs for import and export, as well as consultancy for all customs matters.

1998 - an e-connection for submitting the information for customs documents is provided and also sending them directly to the computer system of "Sofia Airport" customs.

1998, September 7 - new office of the company with temporary warehouse is licensed in Burgas that determines the main activities of the office itself - storage, guaranteeing of customs duties and customs representation. The telephone number there is 056/ 89 50 28.

1999 - the construction of the first warehouse module of "Alexander Logistics" base is completed.

1999 - construction of refrigerator rooms with temperature control of zero and below zero temperatures with capacity of 500 cubic metres.

2000, August 1 - another office of the company's network is licensed in Plovdiv. Its major functions are customs agency and guaranteeing of transit operations. The telephone for contact there is 032/ 770 626

2001 - the construction of the second warehouse module of the logistics base of "Alexander Logistics" in Sofia is completed.

2002, January 1 - the air cargo department is completely functioning. Our office at "Sofia Airport" is facilitating vastly its work due to the fact that the clients sending and receiving their consignments by air are attended to directly at the airport.

2004, August 1 - Concluded an agreement for partnership with the German company ITG GmbH and starting in exploitation a new regular groupage line Bulgaria – Germany – Bulgaria.

2004, October1 - In the base of Alexander Logistics was open new warehouse module with total covered area of 3000sq.m.

2004, November 31 - Started the function of the new railway track of Alexander Logistics.
